I've spent my career trying to make people feel like they belong. First as a CBC journalist, then as the Yukon government's 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion lead, and now through Between Mountains Collective — a training practice built for the North, by someone who knows it.

I've been recognized with the Premier's Award for my inclusion work and named one of Pride at Work Canada's top 15 2SLGBTQIA+ Changemakers. But what I care about most is that the work actually lands.
